• Your Someday: The goal or aspiration you write down.
• Target Date: Your chosen milestone date, year-end commitment, or time window.
• Contact Information: Your first name and email address.
• Location Data (ZIP Code): Your 5-digit ZIP code if provided.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Deliver your personal Somedays List and unique sharing link.
• Send program updates, early-access notifications, and milestone reminders you opted into.
• Tally aggregate regional interest to determine future in-person events and city tour stops.

3. Confidentiality and Public Sharing Controls

Your privacy is protected by default. Your list, Someday declaration, and target date are kept private unless you deliberately check the option to share them on your public share card. You can leave this box unchecked to ensure your Someday is seen only by you.

Your ZIP code is never shown publicly under any circumstances. It is used strictly in aggregate format to map community demand.

4. Data Selling and Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers. We only share data with trusted service providers (such as email delivery and campaign verification platforms) necessary to provide the Somedays experience.

5. Your Rights & Opting Out

You may opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of our emails, or contact us at privacy@livesomedays.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
